Before founding HOBER, Jason oversaw large-scale arena events as head engineer and audio department lead. He also served as audio department head for numerous activations, including the Odyssea II private charter cruise of SE Asia. Gary has expertly managed the live performances of some of music’s biggest names, including Stevie Wonder, Ringo Starr, Drake, and Snoop Dogg at prestigious events like the 2016 Olympic Games, Paul Allen's Super Bowl Parties, and film festivals in Cannes, Venice, and Ischia. He’s managed celebrity-packed private cruises of SE Asia and led the creation and management of the Upstream Music Festival, a large-scale music event in Seattle modeled after SXSW.
